The owner seemed nice at first but he's just another grimy used car salesmen. He sold me a lemon with SERIOUS mechanical and safety issues that I didn't find till my mechanic looked at it about 7 or 8 months after I bought it. Would NOT recommend this dealer.
Do not buy from this dealership. Jacob is a crook. I bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota for $9,900 in January of 2017. Told me it was "a good truck and he had his mechanic expect it". Brought it back the first time because it failed the mandatory 7 day safety inspection- check engine light. He has it turned off. I take it for re-inspection, it passes the inspection. I bring it back the second time because of the front end shaking. He says "there's nothing wrong with it". I go to pick it up for the second time, truck don't even start it has to be jump started. He says "it's fine, a light must've been left on all night". Truck ends up completely dead. I call Jacob, he tells me to have it taken back to him (on my dime mind you) and he'll fix the battery. Needless to say, I had it towed to another shop because i didn't trust his word and it was not only the battery, but an interior light drawing off the battery. All this nonsense within not even a MONTH! I asked for my money in return because of the vehicle I bought, he says no he don't have the money which is a lie all dealerships must have a $25,000 bond. Now, not only did the power steering leak but the breaks went as well (major issues). Because it's passed the 30 day warranty (even if a month or so), I'm responsible. Jacob you are a crook and you sold me a lemon and you know it.
Very polite and helpful, gave a good price and any issue I had with the vehicle minor or major, the owner helped me get the problem fixed and only took up 2 days to get my truck back. Highly recommend this place for a quality experience when purchasing a vehicle!
JACOBS auto sales is a little car car dealer the cells primarily trucks F150 F250 F350 Silverados Dodge in general he have a good variety of different trucks sometimes little Cars 2 Jacob it's a straightforward salesman kind of hard to budge on his price I bought a 2008 truck for x amount of money ask if I can drop the price a little bit he didn't go back but his price was good anyways so I was happy with the deal I get he's very friendly and helpful to get to approve on financed vehicle if you need it we have several Banks they can help you pretty much what he advertises us what it is almost everybody can get approve I definitely recommend that place if you look to get a used car
Don't buy from this guy! I wanted to take the truck for a test drive but he couldn't leave the shop and wouldn't let me go on my own. (That should've been the warning sign right there!). Drove the truck a half mile down the street and back and he insists he needs to get back because he's a one man shop. I decided to by the truck but some work needed to be done first (ended up replacing the drive shaft). I bought the truck and it crapped out within 3 miles of his shop! I was having second thoughts before I even got the truck home and wanted to give it back to him but he insisted that he have an opportunity to fix it. He tried again and it crapped out again! He finally got it running and I thought my troubles were over - but no! A valve spring let go within days after his 30 day warranty running out. Less than a year in and now the transmission is dying!
