I do not write reviews in general, but, in this case the exception was worth it.The people at the dealership were very honest, not pushy, presented all the numbers up front, gave me lots of options. The service representative who directly worked with me, Rene, was extremely helpful and courteous. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Was interested in a used Jeep Libery for my new licensed 16 year old daughter, Tuesday and Wednesday during two different conversations between myself and my husband we were told Sunday come look and test drive. Well we arrive Sunday with a very unpleasant associate stating vehicle is unavailable...needs work and can't test drive. Drive miles for my new licensed daughter and no communication?! You couldn't give a quick call and rely the message to wait? The associate that was working was very unpleasant, useless and seemed like he hated his job.
The whole process was seamless and Autocenter did a great job of keeping informed throughout the process. I contacted Dale, who was absolutely outstanding. The test drive was set up, the car prepped and waiting for us.I would definitely purchase a car there again.
