Awesome visit! The honey chipotle Wings and the cheese fries were delish. Service was fast and pleasant. The new reno is looking awesome. We will definitely be back.
Food is good but curb side pickup was terrible. Waited 10 minutes past the estimated time and then was delivered the wrong food without even a simple "I'm sorry for the wait". Went inside, took another 5 minutes before someone even walked over to the takeout section ( I was not the only customer waiting for takeout). Took another 10 minutes to get the correct food.
We went tonight (Mother's Day) and there were seven of us. My waitress was wonderful. However, the food came out disgusting. My 9 year-old grandson ordered kids chicken fingers and fries. What came out were pieces of batter. Tiny pieces. Not even a piece of chicken. My daughter's steak came out, no grilled, but looked like it was put on a flat iron and was like rubber. My other daughter's asparagus came out and it was gritty and sanding, almost tasting like it was dirty. We called for the manager, who after two attempts finally came out. She just looked at us and said I'll take this off your bill. No apology, no offering if we would like something else. I don't understand what has happened to this restaurant. I think a manager is a reflection of your establishment. This one looked at me like I had three heads. Didn't even acknowledge my complaint except to say I'll take this off the menu. Will NEVER EVER go back.
I don't recommend trying to eat here. Drove 40 minutes to pick up food for my family because we love Chili's, disappointed my whole family. They forgot a fresco salad and numerous other things. My Mom paid extra for french fries and onion rings but received rice and beans. I double checked everything and noticed they forgot the salsa which my Mom also ordered. It doesn't seem they care if your order is correct. None of us will come back here again if not corrected which is a shame because Chili's is my Moms favorite restaurant.
