Bought my dog here. The employees have always been super nice. I have heard that their dogs come from puppy mills but that might be a rumor. My puppy checked out fine and he's been great! They are a little on the expensive side.
I have been buying birds and supplies for almost 5 years now and they know there stuff. They helped me with so much with birds and personally like better than Petco and PetSmart. Great customer service.
My lovebird needed to have its nails trimmed so I left it for my nephew to take care of. They did a wonderful job. The bird was so happy. There were so many people there he thought it was a Christmas sale going on. So many birds for sale, I was told. Clean, well lit store, A huge parrot was very friendly & was kissing his finger he told me. The little love bird was chirping back at all the other birds who were chirping themselves.
It's nice to know there are stores who provide something for FREE nowadays. You don't get anything for free at the big brand name stores that's for sure. Will go there again.
Their animals here are healthy and happy. It is a great enviorment for the animals to live in. There are puppies, fish, birds and supplies for your pets including food, toys and more!
Good variety of puppies. They are very well taken care of. Small pets are kept clean and a good variety as well.
He didn't see any birds who were dying, nor unclean places in the store. He didn't see any puppies living in dirty pens, they looked happy, clean & were playing with customers who were near to their area inside the other part of the store.
I saw betta fish in the usual small containers. Two were dead and the water in all of them was quite dirty. Aquarium supplies are minimal.
The staff is awesome. Very helpful young women. Maybe they were short on help and hadn't got to cleaning fish bowls that day.
