U-pack moving horror story
A lot of people seem to be complaining about water damage and things falling/breaking. I can't speak for the former, but for the latter we tied absolutely everything down (the walls of the container have tons of anchor points). We had no problem with things breaking, and only the things on top that weren't tied down shifted. I guess the key word here is YOU pack.
They did what they say. U pack they drive. everything went great.. The trailer arrive on time and was picked up on time. Then arrived on time at the new location. No issues!!

Tried out upack to save some money, was not disappointed. The container arrived when they said it would, we fit pretty much everything we own into it, they picked it up on time, and delivered it on time. Our container actually made it to our destination before I did, but it seems like they don't have a problem with holding it for a day or two. The container was small enough that we had no problems fitting it in a parking spot, and the delivery guy was able to maneuver it surprisingly well in confined spaces (they show up with a forklift)
From day 1 of our move project to the final destination relocubes pick up day, the U-Pack team has been professional, reactive, friendly and helpful at any time. Service means a lot at U-Pack and I would recommend as often as I can. Everything is made user-friendly on their website and their online platform - you always know what happens when and always have a number to call or track your shipment. This is an amazing company!
