Overall, I felt that this Healthy Smiles office and staff met all our needs. They were all professional and kind. They were able to schedule follow-up appointments that were convenient for the kids and I. The kids and I were very happy when we left and all agreed that this dentist and office is our favorite!!!
Everything about my experience with this office has been wonderful, from the front office staff to the hygienists and then of course Dr. Tabbah himself, who is kind, very highly skilled, and creates a calm experience, free of judgment. They also do a very good job of communicating anticipated costs prior to procedures, which I really appreciate.
Upon entering this clean, friendly environment, the front desk personnel both greeted my children and I with smiles and kindness. They confirmed my appointments and invited me to a comfortable waiting area with cable TV. The kids were able to watch kid-friendly television until our turns for a cleaning. Our wait was within 5 minutes.
I have always received the best care at Healthy Smiles. Everyone who works there is so friendly and they do a really great job making sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend Healthy Smiles!
The hygienist came out to the waiting room to greet us and introduce herself. She was very polite and kind. Prior to performing any task, she very throughly explained what she was going to do and why. This helped the kids immensely. They knew what to expect and how it would help them. After taking digital X-rays (that Dr. Tabbaa could immediately view on his computer) she wiped down every apparatus she touched. I was impressed with her cleanliness throughout the cleaning. After X-rays, she opened a sealed box with sterilized utensils for her work. Each time, she wiped down everything and opened a new box. I was so impressed with her professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness! In addition, the room had a television for us to watch during the cleaning. The environment was very comforting and inviting. The hygienist was gentle throughout the entire cleaning. We all felt as though our teeth were super clean. The hygienist gave us each little souvenir bags that included toothbrushes, floss, and additional supplies based on our needs (ACT cavity mouthwash for my 9 year old, and retainer floss leads for me).
This is an amazing dentist and I am so happy that I found them. I was looking for two things.. 1. a dentist that takes my fiance's insurance and worked well with people who had anxiety about going to the dentist and 2. Offered teeth whitening for my upcoming wedding. I called and the front desk staff was so helpful in answering my questions - so professional and helpful.. I believe her name is Hilda.. just so calming and so personable.. We were able to get my fiance scheduled for his first cleaning in years. When the appointment came, I waa very impressed with the office itself - the office is so up to date, so clean and so organized. He had a great experience (and he was very nervous) and it gave him the courage to go back to get some more dental work done. The rooms are spotless, have music and tvs.. the staff is so friendly and repeatedly asked how he was doing and if he needed a break. I cannot remember the name of the woman who worked on his teeth but she was so wonderful... And.. they called the next day to see how he was doing... who does that anymore!!?!! Honestly, just so impressed. I went in for my teeth whitening session on Wednesday and it was such an easy process. The nurse, Irene and doctor were so coordinated, worked so well together to make it an easy process. I was a little uncomfortable and I told them why and I figured I would just have to deal with it (beauty is pain) but no.. they went in and readjusted the tools in my mouth and put a cushion behind it. I left with all my questions answered and feeling great. My teeth are SO white. They look amazing. The best part - getting a phone call the next day to see how I was doing. I said I was a little sensitive and she said she would call back the next day to check in! Impressive! This is a top notch dentist and the customer service and care for the patients is above anything I've ever experienced. I will continue to reccomened this business to everyone I know. Not only that but the owner here should be extremely proud of their employees creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that is very rare these days.
Great Dentist! Dr. Tabahh is thoughtful and professional. I have been getting my dental care from Health Smiles for years, my family too. Great spot with great staffing. Up to date tech, great surroundings, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Keep it up.
