I came in because my tire had been leaking air. Turns out there was a nail in it and just needed a quick repair. The staff was very friendly, explained everything, completed the job quickly and charged a fair price. I was very glad to find such an excellent, locally owned business. I will be taking my car here for any and all upcoming maintenance.
I looked at tire options online and Spencer called me to book an appointment within a couple of hours after submitting for a quote. Everyone was very professional. Through a miscommunication I wasn't happy when I was home and saw the size of tires installed. Within two business days, I was back in and had the size of tires I was really looking for. Incredible customer service and great pricing. This will be the place my household will go to for tires. A great local business where you talk with the owner.
Beat around the bush type of service...replaced front hub assembly on 08 navigator because noise was coming from the area...so they replaced it but it wasn't the problem,so I asked the front desk receptionist what might be the problem? He stated you have to bring it back in to have it diagnosed! Why didn't your mechanic find out what was the problem while he was test driving it? Oh because he doesn't have time and you just brought the vehicle in to be repaired and not diagnosed! Take my money and bye see you later. Never have to worry about me coming to this place ever again.
Went there to get a price quote for a set of tries. I received 3 different prices from them and was shown the difference in each tire. Which none has done before with me. I went home did my research, and saw their prices were reasonable. I booked the appt and had the tires installed. They did a great job ! They even helped with my windshield wipers. Their prices seem to be competitive that you don’t have look around and MUCH better than the quote the dealership gave me. It was their outstanding service that sold me a returning customer.
